CCBC has the pleasure of welcoming former Baltimore County Teacher of the Year, Jim Wharton. Jim is an award-winning music educator and will present a workshop on music education for the CCBC community. Mr. Wharton served as the Music department chairman and band and orchestra director at Catonsville High School and was a runner-up Maryland State Teacher of the Year. Jim has been recognized by the County Executive of Baltimore County for his Excellence in Education and by the Maryland Music Educators Association as an Outstanding Music Educator.
This is a free event; no ticket required.
Music Forum concerts take place at 12:30 p.m. on Fridays in the CCBC Essex Arts and Humanities Hall, Recital Hall, unless otherwise noted.
