Join us for the Overlea ArtsFest | CCBC Short Film Festival at CCBC Essex, May 8–10. This dynamic weekend features film screenings, educational seminars, talks and networking opportunities with creatives from across the film community.
Discover original work from student filmmakers, emerging artists and local creators, alongside national and international films that showcase diverse perspectives and fresh voices. This year’s festival also includes generative AI films, highlighting the evolving landscape of cinema.
Presented in partnership with CCBC Essex’s Digital Media Production Department, the festival celebrates storytelling, creativity, and connection. We are also proud to welcome Baltimore film icon George Figgs as part of our Short Films committee.
