Johnnie Fielding has been working in health and human services in the Baltimore area for more than 20 years.
Appointed to the CCBC Board of Trustees by Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Johnnie Fielding is the co-founder of Leading By Example, LLC, a mental health and education services institute serving the Baltimore metropolitan area. His career spans more than 20 years working in human services.
Fielding has an associate degree in general education/early childhood education from Baltimore City Community College, a bachelor’s degree in social work from Morgan State University (MSU) and he earned a Master of Social Work with a concentration in children and families from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Additionally, Fielding is an active MSU alum and serves on the MSU Community Advisory Board for its School of Social Work bachelor’s degree program.
