Appointed to the CCBC Board of Trustees by Maryland Governor Wes Moore, Michael Crowder is Co-founder of Promised Season LLC, a consulting firm that provides leadership, strategic support, and professional development.
He brings over two decades of experience in business development, strategic planning, and organizational growth, with a strong focus on higher education partnerships, workforce development, and community engagement.
Crowder is a passionate advocate for educational equity and access, advising organizations on leadership, operations, and sustainable impact. He earned a Master of Science in Nonprofit and Association Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University.
