Cockpit in Court presents "Hayfever"

Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre presents Hay Fever. Performance runs July 18 – Aug. 3 at CCBC Essex.

Baltimore County, Md. (June 30, 2025) – Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, in residence at CCBC Essex, will perform Hay Fever, by Noël Coward, July 18 – Aug. 3, 2025. All performances will be held at the Robert and Eleanor Romadka College Center, Cabaret Theatre at CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Blvd.

"Hay Fever" is a delightful comedy of manners from Noël Coward, where wit and chaos collide at a country estate. A glamorous family of eccentrics invites their guests to a weekend getaway, only to leave them tangled in a whirlwind of misunderstandings, charm and outrageous antics. It’s a laugh-out-loud look at the absurdities of high society! Hay Fever is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc. www.concordtheatricals.com

Directed by Thomas C. “Toby” Hessenauer with Andrew Pfluger as stage manager, this captivating performance unfolds in the Cabaret Theatre—an intimate setting that perfectly complements the comedic chaos and witty repartee at the heart of this uproarious comedy.
