Restore Baltimore partners with B&O Museum to provide second chances

The 500,000 grant will fund workforce training through CCBC

BALTIMORE — The B&O Railroad Museum's Workforce Development Program received a $500,000 state grant to provide training from rail operations to historic restoration, giving many people second chances.

"Restore Baltimore" students gathered at the museum's the north car shop to build a ramp for train car access. Most of the students are previously incarcerated, in recovery or chronically underemployed.
