Community Colleges can be civic engagement central

The Honors College at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) has promoted civic engagement during the 2025-26 school year through a proposal to the National Collegiate Honors Council and the Nobel Peace Center, which selected the college for a one-year Partners in Peace partnership for students to do an in-depth study of a Nobel Peace Prize winner.
