Out-of-State Residents Tuition & Fees

Projected cost for non-Maryland residents

CCBC’s cost varies for students based on where they live. If you reside outside of Maryland, you will be assessed $372 per credit hour for on-site classes, but CCBC is offering discounted rate for classes taken completely online. The tuition rate for online classes is $242 per credit hour.

For most out-of-state students taking a full credit course load, the annual cost of tuition and fees is approximately $10,062 for on-site classes and $ 6,942 for online classes. Tuition assistance is available for most US residents.

To qualify for discounted online tuition rates, the student must reside outside of Maryland and be enrolled in classes that are remote synchronous (online using video software during scheduled days and times) and/or asynchronous (no scheduled times).  All other on-site and blended courses will be assessed at the standard out-of-state/international rate of $372 per credit hour.
