CCBC proudly partners with Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) so that ambitious students like you can take college courses ahead of time, at a fraction of the cost. Some courses may even be eligible for both high school and college credit! Check out our options below to learn more.

ECAP options

BCPS Tuition Benefit Program

BCPS students can jump-start their college education at CCBC. College and Career ready students can attend CCBC without the cost of tuition, fees or books!

BCPS Dual Credit Program

Choose from a selection of courses that allow you to earn both BCPS high school and college credit at the same time!

Parallel Enrollment Program

Even if you're not a BCPS student, any high school student in the state of Maryland can attend CCBC at a reduced tuition rate!

Gifted and Talented allows selected students in eighth grade to enroll in credit classes.
