Real Estate Salesperson, Continuing Education Workforce Certificate
This course prepares students to sit for the Maryland Licensed Real Estate Salesperson exam. 2. apply the knowledge and skills of Maryland laws and regulations to function effectively as a real estate salesperson,
3. prepare to gain employment as a real estate salesperson, and
4. prepare to sit for the Maryland state licensing exam.
