The CCBC Criminal Justice Professional Safety Certificate is designed for students who are employed by a law enforcement agency and enrolled in an entry-level training program. It focuses on personal and public safety issues related to the field of law enforcement.

This course sequence reflects the curriculum for a student who has completed any developmental coursework and has no transfer credits. Meet with an Advisor to discuss how credits from this certificate may also apply to a degree program.
*Credit students who are new to college (no successfully completed transferable college credits from other institutions) are required to take ACDV 101 - Academic Development 101. This 1-credit course is designed to be taken in the first semester at CCBC. Students must provide an official transcript(s) from an accredited institution to document successful completion of college coursework for the ACDV 101 requirement to be waived.
