Jump-start your college journey!

If you're eager to get a headstart on your college education, CCBC offers a variety of Early College Access Programs (ECAP) to get you where you need to go – at a fraction of the cost. You can earn one of more than 30 credit and non-credit certificates ranging from cybersecurity to medical coding at CCBC while you’re still in high school.

  • Tuition Benefit Program: BCPS students enrolled in college courses receive a 50% tuition reduction. Students who qualify as College and Career Ready (CCR) will not be billed for tuition, fees or books! Learn more»
  • Dual Credit Courses: Also known as dual enrollment, you can earn high school and college credit for the same course! Learn more»
  • Career Pathways: Through Career Education and Technical Pathways (CTE), students can earn up to 23 free college credits upon successful completion of the program. Students completing all required credits in their Career Completer program with a technical grade point average of B or better are eligible to receive articulated college credits upon enrollment to CCBC.
