Whether you want to pursue a degree or get on the path straight to a Remote Pilot License, CCBC has options. 

Looking for comprehensive training? CCBC offers the Professional Pilot – UAS (A.A.S.) degree, a credit program that combines classroom instruction, ground school, and flight training.

  • Prepares you for the FAA Remote Pilot Certificate and builds advanced skills for commercial drone operations.
  • Opens doors to careers in aviation, surveying, construction, media, emergency services and more.
  • More intensive, usually takes about two years to complete. Combines elective and program-specific courses.
  • Good for students who wish to eventually pursue their Bachelor's Degree.

Want to hit the ground running? CCBC also offers a Remote Pilot License Prep course designed for those who want to earn their FAA Part 107 certification quickly without earning college credit.

  • Focuses on FAA exam preparation and Includes hands-on training in flight planning and drone applications.
  • Perfect for hobbyists, entrepreneurs, or professionals adding drone skills to their toolkit.
  • Takes place over one week: three days, 4-hour sessions.
