David Witmer is a composer and pianist. His compositions have been performed in the United States, Hong Kong and Japan. He is an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Baltimore County, currently teaching in the MPART Music Technology Certificate Program as well as Chamber Music. Additionaly, David is an instructor for piano and composition at the International School of Music in Potomac/Bethesda, MD, as well as the co-founder of ycArt Design Studio LLC.
David holds a B.M. and an M.M. in composition from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
