CCBC OneCard Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to get a CCBC OneCard?

Yes, beginning April 1, 2017 you will need to have either a physical CCBC OneCard or the mobile app from your Android or iOS device to purchase your books using financial aid and if you plan to take advantage of our meal plans with rewards. The CCBC OneCard and CCBC Mobile OneCard app will be the official ID for CCBC students. Other ID may be required at certain offices.

What do I do if I lose my card?

If your card is lost or stolen, please report to this to the Bursar’s Office immediately. If the card is stolen Campus Security may need to file a report. You may also call 443.840.3377 to report the card lost or stolen. Please see CCBC OneCard disclosures for liability limits. There is a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards that must be paid at the Bursars office prior to the card being reissued. If you attend the Owings Mills campus, the $10.00 must be paid with credit card or check, cash is NOT accepted at this location.

Are funds on the CCBC OneCard refundable?

The funds loaded to CCBC Bucks are refundable upon request. Funds loaded and unspent within one year of last activity date will be forfeited. The refunds will be issued using ACH (direct deposit) from your banking account on file. Refunds issued by check will be assessed a $10.00 fee.

You may request refunds in writing by visiting the Bursar’s Office or by emailing ccbconecard@ccbcmd.edu from your CCBC email. Please include your full name and amount of refund you are requesting. Be sure to have your banking account information updated in the Student Refund Portal to avoid the $10.00 check charge.

Funds loaded to the CCBC meal plan are non-refundable. Meal plan rewards earned as a result of a meal plan purchase are also non-refundable. Both CCBC meal plans and meal rewards will be forfeited on June 1 of each year.
