Children's Playhouse of Maryland was founded in 2001, and has been in residence at CCBC Essex since 2005.

Children's Playhouse of MD produces four shows a year at CCBC Essex in the Administration Building Lecture Hall, in addition to boasting a summer performance workshop as well as fall and spring apprentice companies. For more information, contact the Box office at 443.840.2787.
