Community Engagement

We advocate for new business creation, assist existing businesses and create long-term economic growth. CCBC enhances workers' skills and provides customized training to area industries.

CCBC worked with the Maryland Department of Labor, Employment Advancement Right Now (EARN) to develop three training modules in partnership with five local health systems. The result was a 91% course completion among the pre-screened employee participants.
