Phillip E. and Carole R. Ratcliffe Foundation

Established in 2003 to help boost entrepreneurial education and programs, Carole R. and the late Phillip E. Ratcliffe Foundation was the result of Philip’s long and industrious career that began in business and real estate development.

He founded the Metropolitan Maintenance Company and was the owner of the Maryland Management Company for more than 39 years.

Since its inception, the Foundation has donated millions of dollars to colleges across the nation that promote entrepreneurship education and initiatives.
