Technical Requirements

Are you ready for online learning?

Success in CCBC Online courses starts with having the right tools.

All courses use Brightspace, CCBC’s learning management system, where you’ll access lessons, submit assignments, participate in discussions and take quizzes or exams. Some courses may also require remote proctoring for assessments.

Remote testing options

Some online courses may require you to take proctored exams. Depending on the course, this could involve using Respondus LockDown Browser or a remote exam proctoring service.

Your instructor will provide specific instructions if remote testing is required. You’ll receive details about which software to use and how to set it up before any exam takes place.
