All continuing education allied health students.
CCBC will consider any requests for an exemption to this vaccine requirement for medical or religious reasons on a case-by-case basis. Students with an approved exemption will be required to test at least weekly. If a student wishes to request an exemption, they should provide that information to the appropriate supervising Dean at least 10 calendar days prior to the event. The supervising Dean will provide the appropriate exemption request form to the student.
