Summer/Fall 2016 edition of Link connects Baltimore County to CCBC
Jul 05, 2016Baltimore County residents are discovering valuable CCBC connections for making sound higher education decisions, improving their careers, and pursuing active, healthy lifestyles.
It's all in the Summer/Fall 2016 issue of Link, CCBC's public service magazine that provides Baltimore County residents of all ages, backgrounds and interests with ways to make CCBC's vast learning, cultural and recreational resources part of their lives.
In the current issue, Link readers can discover the not-so-secret treasure of getting through college debt-free (or close to it!) – utilizing avenues like Early College Access, Prior Learning Assessment, veterans benefits and more.
There are many other valuable nuggets of information to be found throughout the magazine, like advice on how to get moving on a transportation career, the value of mental health first aid, and a story on how sensory-friendly theater productions are just the ticket for children with special needs.
Link mails to more than 300,000 households throughout Baltimore County and is distributed via Baltimore County Public Library branches. Each issue is packed with practical CCBC news and features to engage the community and cultivate interest in CCBC programs, services and events.
Along with a calendar of events, Link also includes valuable registration information, including a list of course areas for degree and transfer, career training and life enrichment - CCBC's full range of credit and non-credit possibilities.
