CCBC offers 20 online associate degree and certificate options for students

CCBC Online offers rolling admissions, 14 start dates throughout the calendar year and provides flexibility for students to enroll in 15-, 12-, 10-, 7- and 5-week course options in a variety of subjects. CCBC Online associate degrees and certificates can be earned in Accounting, Business, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, General Studies, Health Informatics and Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Human Services Counseling, Networking Technology and Nursing.
“We’re excited to extend our vast array of online courses to include degrees and certificates that can be earned completely online,” said CCBC President Sandra Kurtinitis. “Many of our students have family and work obligations and they will be able to earn their associate degree with the flexibility they need to be successful. Online learning is also perfect for visiting students who are seeking to transfer credits or students who are simply trying to fit in additional course requirements. Whether in class or online, we support our students’ educational goals.”
CCBC Online provides a variety of resources for students, including access to wrap-around services such as academic advising, disability support, free tutoring and technical assistance through a 24/7 help desk. In addition, the library offers online research guides, research databases and access to more than 50,000 eBooks and journals. Staffed by English department faculty, the CCBC Online Writing Lab (OWL) provides students with free writing assistance. The CCBC Bookstore, operated in partnership with Barnes & Noble, offers online shopping for the best options for textbooks and materials.
