- Offers programs in fourteen different areas, including Wellness, Psychology, and Sociology.
- Funding for the Elementary Summer Math Institute in 2006 expanded to become the Elementary and Middle Summer Mathematics Institute by 2012. Curriculum for teachers adjusted to reflect Baltimore County Public Schools’ need for highly qualified teachers.
- Provided financial support for tuition, fees, and books for students in Early Childcare Education program.
