Meet our leadership teamThe CCBC community is defined by a can-do spirit that cultivates opportunity, nurtures aspirations and celebrates accomplishments.
Governed by a board of trustees and CCBC President Sandra Kurtinitis, four vice presidents provide leadership over the college’s four administrative units – Administrative Services, Enrollment and Student Services, Instruction and Institutional Advancement — ensuring that CCBC is actively supporting faculty, staff and the surrounding community.
As president of the Community College of Baltimore County, Dr. Sandra L. Kurtinitis leads the largest provider of higher education in the Baltimore region. An experienced and respected educator, administrator and author, she has been a community college professional for more than 50 years. Dr. Kurtinitis is resolutely committed to inclusive leadership and open communication, affirming her belief that the classroom is a far more important place on campus than the executive office.
