ADiM's art galleries feature a large variety of local, regional, and national artists showing their latest works.
CCBC Catonsville Gallery ::
A Special Topics Course: CURATION AND COORDINATION: A PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE. Spring Semester 2010, Thursday Afternoons at Catonsville in the Q-Bldg Art Gallery. Learn about the practices of coordinating a gallery and curating exhibitions. Visit local galleries and museums to meet and converse with local gallery/museum coordinators, curators and directors. Develop an individual exhibition proposal - complete from inception of idea through a written curator's statement. Coordinate with your class members to help the Portfolio Students present the annual Student Transfer Show for hands-on, practical experience with the development and execution of an exhibition. January 11 through February 5, 2010: Salon Style Student Show. Works in a variety of media by Art, Design and Interactive Media Students. Reception: February 5 from 6 to 8 pm.
March 5 through April 9, 2010: Child's Play. An invitational group exhibition featuring works by Kristina Bilonick, Scott G. Brooks, Jaime Llevano Cabrera, Robert Stuart Cohen, Erin Fostel, Grendel's Mother: David Friedheim and Trisha Kyner, Jenny Kanzler, Alexandria Levin, Megan Marlatt, Sharon Trumbull, and Yoram Wolberger. Reception: March 5 from 6 to 8 pm. Inclement weather date, March 12 from 6 to 8 pm. Curator, Nicole Buckingham.
April 26 through May 21, 2010: Transfer Student Show. Works by selected Art, Design and Interactive Media transfer students. Reception: May 14 from 5 to 8 pm.

An invitational group exhibition featuring works by Colin Benjamin, Cheryl Carmona, Graham Coreil-Allen, Pete Cullen, Clarissa Stowell Gregory, Megan Lavelle, Hugh Pocock, and Jimmy Joe Roche. April 19 through May 14, 2010: Continuing Education Exhibition. Works by the Continuing Education Students. Reception: April 23 from 6 to 8 pm. Curator, Michelle McCallum.
