Create fine silver jewelry using Precious Metal Clay (PMC).PMC consists of silver particles suspended in an organic binder to create a pliable material with a consistency of modeling clay. Learn how to make unique, beaded multi-strand jewelry that incorporates the concepts of space and balance to give your wearable art a light and airy feel through knotting nylon. Design and create jewelry inspired by naturally occurring objects. Choose from an optional selection of recycled, organic and natural beads (i.e. horn, glass, wood, vinyl) and beads from your own personal collection. Learn about various necklace design styles and the basics of knotting to create a 3 to 5 strand necklace. Optional supplies provided by instructor for a $10 cost. Additional supply lists online.
