Mission Statement
About the All Inclusive
The purpose of All Inclusive is:

To help provide a secure and supportive atmosphere - free from bias and inequalities because of sexual or affectional orientation.

Educate and encourage interest in providing an affirmative, positive, equitable and safe educational environment for all adults and youths (both Homosexuals and Heterosexuals alike).

To educate individuals, groups and organizations that espouse bigotry, hatred, violence and homophobia.

To support policies that eliminate discrimination on the basis of sexual or emotional orientation in hiring, promotion opportunities, staff development, educational programs, testing instruments, textbook selection criteria, library acquisitions, and curriculum and instructional materials at CCBC-Catonsville.

To support the passage of legislation granting and protecting the civil rights of Gays, lesbians and Bisexuals as well as the legal recognition of spousal equivalency as binding in contract and benefits of employments, parenting, health insurance and rights of survivorship.

To achieve solidarity through diversity and total integration in a society free of discrimination against sexual or emotional orientation and HIV status as well as race, ethnicity, creed, age special needs, economic status, gender, marital status or rights of survivorship.

To serve as a forum to discuss the concerns and needs of members of CCBC-Catonsville, the Catonsville Community and the Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Community.
