The Community College of Baltimore County Office of Student Finance is responsible for all financial transactions related to a student's account, such as:

1. billing and collection of tuition and fees
2. billing third party agencies for student charges
3. posting financial aid (i.e., grants, scholarships, loans and waivers)
4. disbursing refunds to students
5. distributing 1098-T's

The Office of Student Finance is responsible for two distinct functions, as follows:

1. The Central Accounts Receivable Function for all three campuses (third party and contract billing and collections, student refunds and financial aid disbursement) is located on the Dundalk campus at 7200 Sollers Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21222. The phone number is 410-285-6260.
2. The Bursar's Offices, located on each campus, are responsible for monitoring and receiving payment on student accounts, as well as answering general student inquiries. The address and phone number for each Bursar'a Office is as follows:
