F-1 Transfer Student Applications

International students with a valid F-1 visa who plan to transfer to the Community College of Baltimore County from another U.S. college or university need to submit all documents listed below by August 10 for the fall semester, January 10 for the spring semester or May 1 for the summer session. Applicants are encouraged to meet with an International Student Counselor.

  1. CCBC Application for Admission
  2. Certified copy of high school transcripts in English, verifying completion of secondary school
  3. Copies of all I-20’s, passport ID, the I-94, and the visa pages in your passport
  4. Official transcripts from all previously attended U.S. institutions
  5. Transfer Eligibility Certificate from the most recently attended U.S. institution
  6. Declaration of Financial Support form
  7. Original financial statements to verify sufficient funds; these statements must:
    1. Be written in English on bank letterhead
    2. Show the sponsor as the owner of the account
    3. Be less than 6 months old
    4. Show a minimum of $20,040 in U.S. dollars
