Grades Find your semester grades and unofficial transcript in SIMON. (Start with MyCCBC, enter your user name and pin). The date when your final grades can be viewed will be posted on the academic calendar as soon as it becomes available. If you need an official transcript, complete a Transcript Request form and submit it to the Enrollment Services Center. CCBC Photo ID & ID Number It's important for you to have a CCBC ID card so that you can access CCBC services and facilities - and even get discounts around town. Your campus Enrollment Services Centers can issue a new card, or validate an existing one, during regular office hours the week before the start of classes. Be sure to have a second form of photo ID, like a driver's license, to obtain a CCBC ID card. Keep it safe because there is a $5.00 charge for a replacement CCBC ID card.
