Payment for non credit courses is due at the time of registration. Due dates for credit registrations will not change with drop/add activity. Registrations will be cancelled for non-payment if payment is not received by the due date.

Tuition Payment Plans
Apply for a tuition payment plan through FACTS Management, Inc. Applications can be processed in person at the Bursar's Office or online (follow instructions for online payment). FACTS Management, Inc. charges a $25 processing fee to apply for a tuition payment plan. The initial payment is made to the college and monthly payments are automatically deducted from a checking, savings or credit card (Visa or Master Card) account. Tuition payment plans are available for the Fall and Spring semesters only.

Tuition Assistance
Financial Aid
Visit the financial aid website to find out what aid is available to students and how to apply for financial assistance. Approved financial aid awards are applied to account balances in the Bursar's Office. Balances not covered by aid are the student's responsibility and must be paid by the due date of the tuition bill.
Employer
Present purchase order, tuition assistance form, or letter of intent from the employer to the Bursar's Office. Balances not covered by the employer are the student's responsibility and must be paid by the due date of the tuition bill.
Tuition Waivers
Senior Waiver - Maryland residents, 60 years of age or older, who enroll in courses at CCBC are eligible for a tuition waiver. All applicable fees (including the senior course fee) are the responsibility of the student.
Disability Waiver - Maryland residents who are retired and disabled, as defined by the Social Security or Railroad Retirement Act, who enroll in courses at CCBC are eligible for a tuition waiver. All applicable fees are the responsibility of the student.
Delinquent Accounts
Delinquent accounts are referred to the Maryland State Central Collection Unit. A 17% collection fee is added to the student's account.
Qualified Tuition Programs
This tax benefit includes programs established and maintained by one or more eligible educational institutions. The beneficiary (or another taxpayer claiming the beneficiary as a dependent) may claim the HOPE or Lifetime Learning Credit on qualified expenses paid for with the funds distributed from the Qualified Tuition Program. See IRS Publication 970 for further details. To view 1098T information online, students by login to SIMON using their username and password. Click on "Student Accounts", then "Tax Notification".
