CCBC Dundalk Upward Bound is looking for high school students

CCBC Dundalk Upward Bound is a free intensive enrichment program designed to enhance the academic and personal growth of low-income and potential first generation college students. Dundalk Upward Bound serves students from Chesapeake, Dundalk, Kenwood, Parkville, Patapsco, and Overlea High Schools, in addition to qualifying students who live in the Dundalk and Essex communities.

The CCBC Dundalk Upward Bound Program is divided into two components: an academic year component and a summer component. Services provided include mentoring, academic advisement, academic instruction and tutoring, career exploration opportunities, college survival skills workshops, financial aid workshops, Early College Access Program planning, college tours and more.

Currently, all CCBC Dundalk Upward Bound services and programs are being conducted virtually, and spots are available. For more information or to apply, email upwardbounddundalk@ccbcmd.edu.
