Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre presents Sweet Charity July 22 – August 7 at CCBC Essex

Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, in residence at CCBC Essex, will perform Sweet Charity, July 22 – August 7. All performances will be held at the Robert and Eleanor Romadka College Center, F. Scott Black Theatre at CCBC Essex, 7201 Rossville Boulevard.

Hapless but unflappable Charity Hope Valentine desperately seeks love in New York City in the 1960s. In this exuberant, groovy, hilarious musical comedy, Charity tries again and again to find her dream and make something of herself.

Sweet Charity, directed by Eric J. Potter, is presented through special arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Tams-Witmark LLC (www.concordtheatricals.com).

Sweet Charity performance schedule:
July 22, 23, 29, 30 and August 4, 5, 6 at 8 p.m.
July 24, 31 and August 7 at 3 p.m.

Cockpit in Court, founded in 1973 by F. Scott Black, is celebrating its 50th anniversary season in 2022.
