Support Student Life Pantries on Giving Tuesday, Nov. 29

Giving Tuesday is November 29, and we want to ensure our students struggling with food insecurity have the support they need to succeed. Many CCBC students are sometimes forced to make the decision between eating and education.

Giving Tuesday is November 29, and we want to ensure our students struggling with food insecurity have the support they need to succeed. Many CCBC students are sometimes forced to make the decision between eating and education.

We need your help to stock the CCBC Student Life pantries with snacks, take-home groceries, school supplies and hygiene items so students struggling with food insecurity and basic necessities get what they need. With the increase in students visiting the pantries, your gift today is more important than ever.

In 2021, 633 students visited the pantries 3,961 times and received 13,525 items. This September and August alone, 366 students visited the pantries 1,013 times, receiving 3,366 items. In just two months, the pantries have served over half as many students as they did last year!

We invite you to join us in supporting CCBC's Student Life Pantries, located on the Catonsville, Dundalk and Essex campuses, as part of this year’s Giving Tuesday efforts. As the holiday season approaches and more students are looking for help, your support of CCBC Student Pantries helps ensure no student goes through their day hungry. Please give now. »
