Seventeen-year-old Leah Howard was named to the Junior Achievement of Central Maryland’s 18 Under 18 Class of 2023. Annually, Jr. Achievement celebrates extraordinary students who are defining their generation through leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and service to the community.
Leah is a 17-year-old fashion designer, photographer, community volunteer and advocate for people with disabilities. She is the founder of Adaptive Style, a non-profit organization that makes clothing for people with disabilities and CEO of Leah Faith Photography. A former member of CCBC’s Fresh Face team, Leah transferred last semester to continue her educational pursuits.
