Out-of-County Residents Tuition & Fees
Projected cost for Maryland residents outside of Baltimore County.CCBC’s cost varies for students based on where they live. Baltimore County residents are charged the in-county rate, while those who live outside of Baltimore County, but within Maryland, are charged the out-of-county rate.
Below is a listing of the estimated cost an out-of-county student might expect to pay based on credit load. Maryland residents are charged $241 per billable hour. For most Maryland students taking a full credit course load, the annual cost of tuition and fees is approximately $6,918. Tuition assistance is available for most Maryland residents.

To qualify for out-of-county tuition rates, the student must reside in Maryland for at least 90 days before enrolling in CCBC.
