This course is designed to enable the electrician apprentice to solve math-related issues of electrical power items. Students will learn how to use the National Electrical Code (NEC) book as an easy to use reference in figuring out math calculations. Topics to be covered include calculating amperage, continuous loads, box size, voltage drop, and motor loads.
