Is a course in which students diagnose and repair automotive engines. Topics covered include engine evaluation, removal, disassembly, cylinder head reconditioning, crankshaft and bearing reconditioning, cylinder and piston reconditioning, engine reassembly, engine installation, and associated repairs. Course offered once a year (fall or spring).

Prerequisite(s): AUTO 131 and AUTO 141.
Lab Fee: $100.00.
