This course is designed to enable the student to learn skills needed in instructing adult students and in managing the adult student classroom. Topics to be covered include a discussion of the unique needs, motivations, and course expectations of adult students; contrast of high-tech, low-tech, and no-tech educational tools to capture and maintain student attention; effective tests; teaching good study skills, and management of a classroom for students with disabilities.
