Beer Brewing (CKG 067)

Continuing Education Course

Work with a local brewer to create your own stout beer using premium malted steeping grains. Learn about the fermentation process, brewing equipment and how to safely bottle your brews. Take a six-pack of your own beer home to share with friends. Class includes beer sampling and is led by a professional brewer. Materials cost included. Must be at least 21 years old and provide photo identification.
