Receive quality instruction in basic belly dancing techniques. Tone abs, buns, and thighs and promote better posture. Women of all ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome. Wear comfortable attire (t-shirts and leggings), bare feet or ballet slippers suggested; sneakers not recommended.
