Is a course in which students are introduced to the support of basic Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, including endpoint management, advanced device connectivity troubleshooting, and basic networking. Students configure and support Personal Computer (PC), mobile, and Internet of Things (IOT) device hardware and implement basic data backup and recovery methods. Best practices for data storage and management are reviewed. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

Prerequisite(s): CSIT 101 or permission of the Program Coordinator.
