Business Communications

ENGL 239

Covers three aspects of effective business communications: the written, the oral, and the visual. Students analyze business situations which require an array of responses; they identify the purpose and audience of each response; and then they design, draft, revise, and deliver this response to its audience.  Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions. Same As: MNGT 239. Credit can be earned for one course only.
