Gentle Yoga (FIT 087)

This less intense, non-strenuous, quiet, meditative and restorative practice is especially welcome for those who don't have the flexibility, coordination and strength which many yoga poses portray. A good option for those who want a softer, nurturing, slower-pace. Includes range-of-motion exercises. Students will need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, yoga strap, and blanket with them to each class session.
