Focus on basic physical self-defense techniques including blocks, strikes, kicks, as well as common sense safety precautions. Develop the awareness and self-confidence to diffuse potentially violent situations. Should physical self-defense be required, learn how everyday objects can be used as natural weapons to deliver power to protect you. Open to students of all abilities. Wear comfortable clothing.
