Introduces the fundamentals of lighting for interior environments. Emphasis will be placed on exploring light as an element of design, the affect lighting has on the function and aesthetics of interior space, utilizing layers of lighting, luminaries, lighting applications and planning. Course offered less than once a year.

Prerequisite(s): INTD 111 or consent of the Program Coordinator.
