Embalming Theory II

MORS 113

Offers an intensive study beyond the basic skills involved in the embalming process; covers case analysis, formulating chemical solutions, a complete analysis of the circulatory system, an explanation of the equipment used in the embalming process and methods of injection and drainage. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.

  • Prerequisite(s) : MORS 111 with a "C" or better. A minimum of 45 hours is necessary to qualify for the National Board Examination. Students must take both MORS 111 and MORS 113 in the same semester.
