Becoming a Notary: Rules and Regulations (SBA 040)

The new rules of notarization are explained, and students will learn how to create a secondary income stream as a notary public. This class satisfies the Maryland requirements for new applicants as well as renewal for commissioned notaries. An exam will be given at the end of the class.
