Are you a maintenance employees with at least one year of verifiable maintenance technician experience? Prepare to take the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) exam from the National Apartment Association (NAA). If you do not have industry experience, you may still take the class and earn a provisional certification when you achieve a passing score on the exam. The course will cover the exam content areas of: interior/exterior maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, People Projects and Profits in the multi family housing industry, and will conclude with the CAMT exam. Textbook and exam fee are included.
