The CCBC Theatre Program provides students with opportunities to experience, perform, and learn about Theatre from a global perspective.

Theatre students have opportunities to:
  • Train in both large and small performing spaces.
  • Attend small classes and receive individual attention.
  • Study with an experienced faculty who are all working professionals.
  • Participate in five academic productions each year
  • Participate in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival

The CCBC Theatre Program strives to instill in all students a commitment to artistic and personal excellence. Students have further opportunities to:

  • Develop a solid foundation of theory and technique.
  • Develop the verbal and technical skills necessary to communicate through their craft.
  • Cultivate their intellectual, creative, and inner growth through participation in theatre. 

CCBC is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Theatre.
